Player Recruitment:
Players are drafted* based on their knowledge of the game and their skill level.
Potential members of the league should demonstrate a competitive and friendly
attitude. The league’s demand for specific positions is also taken into
consideration. Experienced players may be asked to take on an executive role,
such as: Treasurer, Secretary, Webmaster, Graphics Designer, or Team Captain.
*Drafts take place following try-out dates. The Captains meet and try to form teams
that are of equal calibre so that the level of play is as competitive as possible.

During mid-season, circumstances may require the need to recruit additional
players.

1. All players get equal play time (as long as it is possible given player
positions).
2. Only registered members may play in league games.
3. The league reserves the right to revoke membership when player
expectations are not met.
4. Returning and new players are required to try out each season.
5. Payments must be made before the first official league game. No refunds
after the first official league game.
6. We play by the OVA rules and regulations
Player Expectations:
1. Must have knowledge of specialized positions and advanced systems.
2. Must intend to attend all scheduled games and notify the captain of any
anticipated absences.
3. Must be flexible with positions according to the needs of each team and the
league.
4. Must encourage and support one another to help every player and team
play to their highest potential.
5. Must interact respectfully with other players, captains and officials.
6. Must be respectful of the league's equipment.
7. Players should keep score or do lines when off.

How Do I Join the League?
You must attend the tryouts to be drafted onto a team. When you attend your first
try-out, please bring your completed Registration Form and a cheque for the
season's fees. Our current fee is $175
